Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

This little place was cute and cosy, situated at the end of Christine’s garden. I chose this place as I was attending Southend dog training which took around half an hour to get to from where I was staying. It had everything I needed. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good. She had Sky Q set up so you could watch films and normal tv. This place was situated 5 minutes away from a marsh/field area where you could walk your dog which was handy. There was a premier shop which was just at the end of the road and there was a lovely breakfast place called Oliver’s which was 10 minutes away by car where you can sit outside with your dogs and £3 parking right outside. Christine’s place was very handy and she was a lovely host. I would highly recommend this place.

Love Old Leigh. Needed somewhere while visiting family locally and where better. Somehow managed to never see the tide in. Parking was good considering how busy the area is.

This was the first time my wife, I and our 3 dogs have used Airbnb. The cottage was fantastic and you could not get a better location for dog walking and great pub restaurant's. Our host was fantastic and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate in returning. Dan & Trish

Sandra was very quick to respond and was very helpful. The caravan was perfect for what we needed and with an added bonus of a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. It was a shame the pool was closed when the site advertised it as open, but this did not affect how great the caravan was.

This is a really lovely place to stay. The caravan had everything you could possibly want and more. Hosts are incredibly easy to communicate with and very helpful indeed. Would absolutely recommend.

We had the perfect stay. It was a home away from home with little touches like kids books, games and movies. It's ideal for walks along the beach in all weather. Gill was a brilliant host. Friendly, helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The park has lots to do and it within walking distance of Seasalter beach and Whitstable. We'd highly recommend and come back. Thanks so much for another wonderful trip to your fabulous caravan. It feels like home from home and is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a lovely stay. We were blessed with the best weather too! It’s a perfect location to stay local and explore Seasalter or go further afield. We visited Wildwood, Broadstairs, the RHDR parking at Hythe and taking a trip to Dungeness and whitstable. Fully accessible accommodation which is not just functional but beautifully decorated too. Highly recommend a trip. There’s a railway line runs close by and you do hear the trains but soon get used to them going by.

This an excellent static caravan on a great site with a good location five minutes from the beach. The salt water outdoor swimming pool is heated to a good temperature. everyone on the site was very friendly. Terry himself was brilliant. when we had a slight problem, some bulbs had blown, he was there within a few minutes sorting them out. The site is dog-friendly though they must be kept on a lead. There are penty of poo bag disposal bins around. Some tips: of course you will be taking towels for the beach, you should always use your own there. But we recommend that if you like large towels for showering you take some of your own. Towels are supplied but they are not very large. Also, do take some binoculars. there is a nature reserve at the boundary of the site, just by the dog walking area. I saw Egrets, a Heron and a Marsh Harrier on just one day, along with the usual field and garden birds. We had a fabulous time. We will definitely book this caravan with Terry again.

Very easy to find, lots to do in the area, highly recommend the Oyster pearl opostite for food. A 40 minute walk to Whitstable, or 10 minute drive give or take traffic

lovely little place on the beach, very cosy especially with the fire as it was a bit chilly in the evenings. Great views of the sunset also! We loved walking on the beach in the morning, and chilling with a book and tea overlooking the beach during the day - we were looking for somewhere peaceful and cosy away from the city for the weekend and this place fit the brief perfectly!

So quick to respond to any concerns I had. The house was clean with so much activities to do in and out the house.

Fiona was extremely helpful and her quirky home lived up to its billing. On a side note no drink glasses found on arrival so bought some and left there.

The host was wonderful and very helpful, always responsive and made my stay very easy. The property is clean and comfortable as described in the details. Will highly recommended due to the great service from the host.
