Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Having recently been refurbished, this stylish cottage offers an eclectic mix, combining modern convenience, character features and quirky, yet sumptuous, décor. This hidden gem is ideally placed to enjoy all that Wells has to offer and makes the perfect place to relax & unwind.

The Old Silk Barn off Bruton High Street

The Studio at the Old Silk Barn is a newly created space for two people situated literally off Bruton High Street with its Michelin Star Restaurant, numerous art galleries, Museum, shops and restaurants. The space consists of a luxury kitchen & breakfast bar, sitting area, ingenious Italian Murphy bed, & is very comfortably & stylishly furnished. The apartment with underfloor heating, offers a large bathroom, TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher & everything needed for a comfortable self catered stay.

A studio annex set on the edge of the mendip hills in the Somerset countryside. An ideal base for walking, cycling or exploring nearby towns, cities or attractions. The private studio annex, which is adjoining the main property with a locked inner door, has it's own entrance, living/bedroom with double bed, table and chairs and TV/DVD player, small well equiped kitchen with washing machine and ensuite shower room with toilet and washbasin, towels are included. Off road parking and free wifi.

Idyllic Mill House in Batcombe with tennis court

A recently renovated 17th Century Mill House situated in a beautiful valley in Batcombe - 5 mins from Bruton and the Hauser & Wirth gallery, Osip, and the wonderful Newt. Stourhead is also nearby. Ideal for a couples 5* weekend or a family getaway. Lovely walk across fields to the friendly village pub - the Three Horseshoes, and walks from the door over extensive open countryside. You'll have a beautiful river and a weir you can swim in just moments away. Child friendly and dog friendly.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Green Hut: A haven of peace and tranquility

The Green Hut is a cosy but luxurious getaway in the walker's paradise of in Batcombe, situated just behind our converted barn in a tree-lined paddock. This self-contained shepherd's hut is perfect for one or two people to immerse themselves in true rural relaxation, whilst being close to the beautiful market towns of Frome and Bruton. Whether sat outside soaking up the views in the sunshine, or snuggled up by the wood burner on a rainy day, The Green Hut is the ideal place to unwind.

This ancient Somerset cottage with contemporary decor is a hideaway down a quiet back street in Bruton, yet only a 5 minute walk to At The Chapel and the High Street with a mix independent shops, pubs, a great deli and a bakery. A high spec interior with antique furniture, wood burning stove, ancient flagstones downstairs and wooden floors upstairs, High Speed Wifi and well stocked kitchen. A spacious, comfortable, peaceful cottage in Somerset, ideal for couples & families.

The Piggery near Bruton

This special conversion of what was once a piggery on a small holding farm is the perfect spot for a peaceful rest. Enjoy the beautiful local walks and very close proximity to Bruton, Batcombe and Pilton, home of the world famous Glastonbury Festival. Situated at the back of our main property, The Piggery has its own gated entrance and sunny courtyard. We are located in a small, quiet Hamlet at the foot of Maesdown Hill where there is an Iron Age Fort and stunning views.

Shepherds Hut in hidden valley with outdoor bath

Wrens House is a shepherds hut nestled in the Alham Valley, an area of re-wilding close to the fashionable towns of Bruton and Frome. We have an outdoor bath so what better way to cool down and relax. Included in your stay is our delicious breakfast. Want a place you can get back to nature? Here you can unwind, watch deers wander and birds dance above your head. We can also arrange private yoga sessions and on site massages. We can't wait to share our magical spot

Little Brook, Batcombe, nr Bruton

Nestled in the heart of Batcombe, our renovated coach house offers a comfortable place to stay. The cottage is situated in a picturesque village a few yards from fantastic walks across the mendip hills. Bookings for Christmas, Easter min 3 days also bank holidays must be a minimum of 3 nights, Friday-Monday. Also up to 2 dogs are very welcome. There is a £10 per dog per night charge which can either be added to Airbnb booking or paid when here.
