Peaceful, spacious and charming!! Guests often wish they could stay longer!! We have a self-contained, newly renovated cottage in a rural situation with harbour views. Suitable for one or two couples, (one king size bed/one queen size bed) and a sofa bed for an extra person, if needed. Linen provided. The kitchen is well equipped, with a microwave, bench oven and fridge/freezer. Hot Pools a 5 minute walk away. 5-10 minutes to Waihi Beach and about 15 minutes to Katikati and Waihi townships.

The Bungalow – Serene Nature & Mineral Pools

A spacious five-bedroom home perfect for large groups. Located within Sapphire Springs Holiday Park, you'll be surrounded by serene nature and have the opportunity to enjoy the warm mineral pools, hot tubs, forest walks and facilities available at the park. The Bungalow features a fully-equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and a cosy lounge with Freeview TV. The flexible sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 14 guests. Guests must supply their own pillows, blankets, sheets & towels. No WiFi.

Okere Falls, Cabin.

"Our cabin is situated in the beautiful Okere Falls, offering breathtaking morning sunrises and stunning views from the deck. It's a two-minute walk from the Okere Falls store, where you can enjoy great coffee, food, and a German beer garden. A five-minute walk in the opposite direction will take you to a native rainforest with a 7-meter waterfall. The space is an open-plan room with a double bed, we can provide a single bed upon request. There is also parking space for a boat, upon request."

Room No2 Quality accommodation in a quiet location

I have 2 Rooms available for bookings. This is Room 2. Beautiful modern sunny house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. We have a lovely outdoor area. We are about 10 min drive to Tauranga CBD, approximately 20 min drive to Mount Maunganui, approximately 10 min drive to The Crossing, Tauriko. These places have shops, restaurants, cafes & lovely walks. I do not provide breakfast but provide complimentary Tea, Coffee, and nibbles for you to enjoy. Sunny Mount Beach Bach

Original kiwiana holiday style bach on ground level. Lounge opens out onto sunny covered deck with outdoor furniture. Excellent location with the beach access across the road. Takeaway, Dairy & BYO/Licensed Restaurant over the road. Fully fenced for children & pets. Short walk to popular Bayfair shopping mall, cafes, Imbibe restaurant/bar & Baywave swimming pool cmplex. The bach is suitable for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets on request ).

Feijoa lodge

Situated on the edge of a small orchard of feijoa fruit trees over looking native bush and farmland with a stream running through it. The cottage has a private setting with a large deck area. The property is on state highway two, 2 minutes to Katikati town which has a large variety of dining choices and services including a large supermarket .20 minutes to the city of Tauranga ,the beach & Mount Maunganui.Beautiful Waihi beach is approximately 12-15 minutes drive away.

House & Garden Matua

Set down a quiet driveway off the road, sits an original farmhouse. Tastefully renovated in 2019, the home offers three bedrooms, two living areas, one bathroom and a separate toilet with hand basin. Plus a well-equipped laundry and top-notch kitchen. The north facing patio captures all day sun, a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch and leisurely BBQs. The home is complete with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, plus heat pump in the main living and a gas heater.

This two bedroom unit is up a private driveway and opposite a private family home in a semi-rural environment just minutes from all amenities, beaches and the stunning Mt Maunganui. Lovely and sunny with outdoor table and chairs in a private courtyard looking out to avocado and citrus trees. Fully self-contained.
