Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Stone Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

You are welcome to explore the farm and even practice your chipping and putting skills on the green.There is an inverter to provide electricity during loadshedding periods.
