Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

This was our second time staying at Craig and Deb's place ✨ it was wonderful as always! place is clean, cozy and warm. They're very attentive, and the area feels safe, convenient supermarket nearby. A must stay if going skiing at West Mountain.

Thanks for the host making this place like home. Furnitures are well organized. My partner and I love the sofa in the living room. There is a big sofa and single arm chair sofa. It’s good for staying with partner to kiss cuddle and more. We love the well organized kitchen. Very well-equipped. They even have some stock of food, coffee and tea bags just in case if you are hungry in mid night. We came here for skiing trip. It’s just 15 min to Mt Snow, 1.5h to Okemo. Stratton is also around this area. Great location for mountain staycation.

Susan’s place was quiet, clean and lovely. Close to town, but still in a wooded area. The apartment is well designed with everything you could need, including delicious coffee.

This was our first time using Airbnb and it was wonderful. Meredith provided pre-checkin information that made our visit easy and enjoyable. Our suite was clean and comfortable - and just right for me, my husband and my mother-in-law, who also gives it her highest rating. The local shops, restaurants and coffee shops completed our stay with a delicious and satisfying experience.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

House was exactly as pictured and described. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever walked in to. so nicely decorated also! It has everything we needed and it was near the beaches and great restaurants in the area! Evelyn was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great rental!

The pictures do not do the home any justice! It is such a beautiful property! This was right in the center of everything there is to do in Narragansett! It’s 4 minutes to the Block Island Ferry. No more than 6-7 minutes from 2 beaches. A breakfast place across the street, and a couple of stores! James’s even has you covered if you forget your toothbrush. Thank goodness because I was packing in a hurry. Quick response for booking last minute!

38 Lauderdale was am excellent house. It was in great condition, and very clean. All amenities were provided Darius was a great host. He was very responsive during the rental process, and fully met the requests I had I would definitely want to work with Darius again, and recommend this rental

We had three couples in their house. The house accommodated that quantity without issue. Kitchen was appropriately stocked with tools and appliances. Two decks were available, with the top one containing a small gas fire pit...Nice at night. The lower one had a bar-b-que grill. We never used it, but it was a good size. The driveway accommodated three vehicles, one of which was a Hummer, with room to spare. The were very responsive when we had a question or issue. No complaints from any of our guests. No problem recommending this place.

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

We enjoyed our stay at the “Vibe” House. It had all the comforts of home. We appreciated that everything you would need was provided. Just buy groceries and bring your beach towels and you’re ready to kick back and relax. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Ryan is responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return soon!

This cottage is adorable and in a great location!!! We loved the fire pit and close proximity to the beach!!! There is also a great pizza joint, liquor store, and gas station right at the end of the road so super convenient to the cottage!!! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rhode Island!!! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Kris’s place was adorable and clean. It would be so beautiful in the summer, but we enjoyed the hot tub spa and fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Beautiful views from the loft bedroom!

Second stay at William’s. Loved it again the second time, great area and super close to Mt Snow resort. Great restaurants and of course the Snow Republic Brewery nearby. Thanks for the great stay!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Everything about this stay was amazing. Victoria is an amazing host, very welcoming and helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her home and community. I look forward to staying with her again in the future.

Listen I used to be a host. This is how it’s done. Gerry’s accommodations were spectacular. Felt right at home . Clean. Hot shower. Comfortable surroundings. Close to all the hot spots. Even on this quiet weekend. I plan to return very very soon

Perfect spot for a trip to Okemo. Mountain parking is 4 minutes away and where the condo is situated is super quiet even though it’s off the main road. Would definitely book here again!

This rental was perfectly located between the 2 hospitals I was working. It was extremely quiet and has a beautiful view of the lake. As I was here in the dead of winter, I had gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. There were plenty of ducks on the water to watch. Mike's place was extremely clean when I entered. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pans, mugs, and glasses. There is a door code that made it easy to enter and I felt very safe as there are cameras for the lighted parking lot. I would definitely rent here again!
