We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. We invite you to stay in our beautifully remodeled apartment in the lower level of our home in the heart of Valle Crucis (we live upstairs). Guests have exclusive access to the patio and deck just outside the suite with the most spectacular views in the area. Enjoy meals on the patio while overlooking Dutch Creek and the surrounding mountain views. We've lived here for 47 years and remodeled the lower level in 2020 to allow us to share this special place with others!

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.
