Nuestra casa de vacaciones, simplemente impresionante, está disponible para estancias de más de una noche, escapadas de fin de semana o estancias más largas para explorar la zona y visitar a amigos y familiares. Su ubicación céntrica en Pevensey Bay significa que está a poca distancia a pie de los servicios locales y a poca distancia en coche/autobús de la ciudad. El sitio tiene una tienda, piscina cubierta, recientemente reformada en abril de 2024, casa club que tiene entretenimiento regular, parque infantil y la ventaja añadida de estar a pie de playa, ideal para el Eastbourne Airshow.

Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Staying toasty in the Spring with wool insulation and log burner and cool in the summer under the canopy this hut is the perfect retreat to the countryside and to reconnect with nature. With your own private garden, wake up in nature and in the evenings enjoy the magical sound of the Nightingales in the evening which takes place only in Spring.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
