Absolutely beautiful house with stunning views. Well equipped house and perfect for our stay. Shay super helpful as well.

WOW! What a fabulous bungalow and location. 4 of us and a dog stayed for a few days in April. The location is stunning, just minutes’ walk from Seaton Hole beach and the fabulous Jurassic Bites café and a short, spectacular wander from the beautiful town of Beer. The bungalow itself has everything you could wish for, including a walled/fenced garden that kept my dog happy and provided us with incredible sea views and garden seating. Louise is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The fresh scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thanks so much for sharing your bungalow.

A very clean and comfortable stay. The house and gardens were immaculately presented. We felt right at home and had a relaxing stay. The house is located in a quiet street. You can be on a beach in 5 mins walk and the famous Barry island beach is a lovely coastal stroll away. We came on a Gavin and Stacey Pilgrimage. The house was the ideal base for a family holiday, giving us plenty of space to chill out in. The welcome treats were a very kind gift.

Lovely apartment in the heart of West Bay close to the harbour and beaches. It was just what we wanted and spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable. We have 2 small cocker spaniels and it was great that Chris could accommodate them too. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

We had a fabulous few days here over the New Year, and would definitely love to return! The perfect spot for some fresh sea air and lovely walks, and a super comfy and cosy house, we loved it, thank you!!

Becky’s caravan is clearly a well loved family caravan and we felt really at home. The views are fantastic and great location for walks over to seaton and branscombe. The listing was clear that this wasn’t a ‘luxury’ caravan and the price reflected that and for us it was perfect. We had a couple of little issues but Becky was responsive, helpful and friendly. Very easy to find. Near beaches and amenities. Plenty to do in West Bay although it's very small. Lots of good walks near by. Perfect for a long weekend. Property was as described. Small green.area rofrint is good for sitting out on too.

Fantastic cottage and central location and had everything you needed. Useful to have a parking space and lovely and quiet. Cathy was very helpful and very quick ti answer questions before our stay and would return

Gemma’s Airbnb is lovely. It made a perfect temporary home and we are gutted we could not stay any further. You get beautiful sea views. The bedrooms are great sizes. The showers were nice and strong. The kitchen is amazing. Gemma’s response time was great. There was a small blip with the tv and she sent me clear helpful instructions immediately to fix it. For anyone considering to stay, I strongly recommend you book it!

We had such a fabulous time, the location is amazing and we enjoyed the beach, sea and fantastic sunsets. Lovely walks in both directions. Kids LOVED the swimming pool and slides. The Spar shop was handy. The caravan was the nicest one I’ve have stayed in. Shanice was really helpful and good communication and directions Thank you!!

We are just back from a 4 night stay. The cabin is wonderful and the views are amazing. The cabin was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed. Emily has thought of everything. The furniture was nice, there was plenty of crockery, powerful walk in shower. The high spot for us was the views. We sat out on the very comfortable outdoor furniture and took it all in. You feel very private even though we had neighbours - it was quiet and peaceful. We look forward to visiting again.

Great place, great host - we drove to visit lots of places locally with our kids and used the amenities on site, which were really good.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Pamela was an excellent host, freindly, helpful, flexible and always available. The local amenities were good both on and off site. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely lovely chalet. Well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Lovely location and the most wonderful view of the sea which can be enjoyed from the sofas or the veranda table and chairs. Hosts were welcoming and kind. Highly recommend.

Loved the Caravan clear instructions as to how to access and gain entry which was useful as we did not realise just how big the site was! It was very clean warm and comfortable also very well equipped. I have to say I did not read the instructions carefully enough and brought no bedding with us. This was resolved via the Reception on the site and for a small deposit we were provided with bedding which was delivered! Deposit returned on return of the bedding so no crisis. Lots of lovely walking from the caravan perfect for the dog. We were visiting friends in the area and would definitely consider coming again.

We really enjoyed the stay at Butlins. We had a fantastic time. The shows were good. The food at the resort was excellent and the staff there was always friendly and helpfull.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Chris’s place. The views are outstanding and the bustling marina is only around the corner. Well equipped kitchen which we cooked in on both occasions. Great location for those interested in walking along the Somerset coastal path. We got to Clevedon this time! The only real drawback is the 4 flights of stairs (worth it once you’re up there! 🤩) which might be tricky for less able people. We will definitely return again 🤗

My family and I had a lovely weekend staying in Chris’s home. It was well equipped, clean and in a great location with free parking on the hill outside which was very handy. Chris responded almost immediately when we needed him and was very understanding and a lovely guy. We will definitely be returning to his stunning home.

York House, attached to the royal York hotel, is a stunning setting to either relax and unwind in Sidmouth or explore the Devonshire coast. We stayed over New year for a week, and what a break. So relaxing. The house was comfortable, homely and perfect for four adults and two children. you can hear noise from neighbouring places, which didn't bother us but on the first night did worry us as could hear footsteps. don't be alarmed it's just upstairs! Amenities both in the house and I'm local area are perfect. lovely bathrooms and showers. televisions smart with all streaming options could need! would definitely love to stay again and would recommend to everyone. Lastly, the view, undisturbed, perfect sea view, watching the sun rise and sun set, the sound of waves whilst drifting to sleep was idyllic!!

We had an amazing time at Annie’s place. She was always available by phone and easy to communicate with. We were warmly welcomed by her husband, Mark, and her son, Oshi, who were both incredibly helpful. Mark, in particular, was a lot of fun and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The property looked exactly like the listing—if not better in person. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return!

The apartment was very clean and we had a comfortable stay as Sarah's place.

Our second stay at this brilliant house. It is easily big enough for 7 or 8 people, with four big bedrooms. It is upside down, the living room, sun room and kitchen all upstairs. This gives you a nice view of the sea, which is only five minutes walk away. The town of Charmouth is only a few minutes walk away, and has a bus service to Bridport, Weymouth, Lyme Regis, etc. There is parking for about five cars. Also, a large garden which is good if there are children who need to let off steam (as our grandchildren did!). All in all I cannot find fault. Communication with Eric was first class. Would I return? A resounding yes.

Our second visit and it still felt a special place. A complete chill out. Well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge and bed, cosy fire. A special place to unwind and enjoy the sound of the sea. Already planning our next visit !

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all
