This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

All are welcome to enjoy our Art House, full of light, color and art, just two blocks from the beautiful French Quarter via the Algiers ferry. Once you are nestled snugly in New Orleans' second oldest neighborhood, lovely Algiers Point, you will delight in the original artwork created by your host artist, and in the historic architecture, as you stroll our quaint streets and enjoy restaurants and bars just steps from the Art House, and along the walking path by the mighty Mississippi River.

Uptown Apartment. Close to Tulane and streetcar

Originally the neighborhood general store, this cozy one bedroom apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay in New Orleans! The building is separate from our main house with its own private entrance. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven and cookware. A washer and dryer are also available inside the apartment. Newly added outdoor area with bistro set. 2 blocks from the street car line. Centrally located and an easy walk to Tulane's campus.

Three blocks from our favorite stretch of Magazine Street, but in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. An easy walk to great food and shopping or a quick Uber/Lyft to the French Quarter. Walk to Commander's Palace in the Garden District or venture down to great Breweries just a couple blocks away.

Private exterior courtyard for guests’ use. There are two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) with en-suite baths. The minimum age to book our property is 25 yrs of age. Must be verified.

Chateau Wego (15-20 min from French Quarter)

Chateau Wego is right next to the beautiful Westwego Park. The neighborhood is quiet, yet very conveniently located. Swamp tours, Indy track, Mississippi River, TPC Louisiana Golf Course and the Bayou Segnette State Park are all within a five-mile drive. Downtown New Orleans/French Quarter is only a 15 minute car ride away
