Located in the Staffordshire Moorlands village of Kingsley, within a few miles of the Staffordshire & Derbyshire Peak District, 1 mile from the Churnet Valley Railway and 13 minutes from Alton Towers, you wil be handily placed to explore this beautiful countryside including the popular locations of Dovedale and the Roaches .

There is also an attached laundry room with washer/dryer & ironing facilities. Large parking area. We also offer a pet sitting service for an extra fee. Payable upon arrival.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the beautiful Staffordshire Moorlands village of Kingsley, on the cusp of the Churnet Valley, 10 minutes from Alton Towers. This newly refurbished cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with bunks including 1.5 modern bathrooms. Parking for 1 vehicle. Ideal for families and walkers alike. Dogs welcome. There is a small courtyard only but plenty of walks and fields for exercising your 4-legged friend.

Enjoy vast countryside views, this holiday let is detached and adjacent to the owners’ farmhouse but with its own private garden, is within easy reach of a huge variety of visitor attractions on the borders of the Peak District National Park. Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

The Woodland Watch

If you are looking to have a relaxing break away from life’s stresses then The Woodland Watch is perfect. The hut is warm and cosy with all modern amenities set on a working dairy farm. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.

The Annex

We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It sleeps 4 and is perfect for a family. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.

Our stylish Shepherd's Hut is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nestled in the village of Dilhorne (just 6 miles drive to Alton Towers) enjoy stunning views and total tranquillity. Two great pubs in the village, both offering a fantastic range of food and drink. Plus beautiful footpaths right from your gate We have 3 unique huts on site, along with friendly goats and geese.
