Barry is a great host, communicated everything about the house. House is a great location with a well equipped kitchen. Playground and tennis courts on site, with beach and golf course within walking distance.

Sandra is an amazing host and communicated very well with us. The house was absolutely wonderful and there were so many amenities. Sandra also gave great recommendations and made sure we had the best stay possible!

What a fantastic place/location to stay. A bowl a goodies are they when you arrive which is a nice surprise - thanks Ann. Plenty of room, patio doors so easy for the dogs to get in & out.

5 of us traveled to Eire to visit family in the area, the house is amazing, each couple had en-suite bedrooms which was really comfortable for all, the space in general is ginormous allowing everyone their own space , the outside area and BBQ were an additional bonus, the hot water and heating was all we could ask for and the open fire was cozy. WIFI AND TV channels choice was perfect. We had family visit for dinner one evening and the house was well able to accommodate all plus a few guests , we will certainly be using Cahore House again for visits to Wexford

The house is both beautiful and welcoming. The location with a short walk over the dunes down to the sea is stunning. However what made this stay relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable was the warmth in the welcome by our hosts, the attention to detail in the house and the feeling of space, calm and freedom. We have rented many houses, and this one left a special memory for us all. Thank you both.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisa's beautiful property. The house really is a home away from home with everything you could need and lots of really useful extras. The house is finished to an extremely high standard and was spotlessly clean. It functioned so well for us as a family with small children and the location is unrivaled with an easy pathway directly to the beach at the side of the house, right beside Kelly's hotel and across the road from the main shops/cafes of Rosslare Strand. Lisa was fantastic to deal with and extremely kind and accommodating. It is perfectly described on the listing when it says "luxury on the beach". I would highly recommend Lisa's home to anyone and am delighted we had the opportunity to stay and experience it.

Sean's place is in a fantastic location. With a one minute walk to the beach it is great for kids (ours, 5 and 8, swam in the sea multiple time every day) and adults alike. There is a coffee cart that comes to the beach area some days a week. The nearest shop is just up the road (a short 5 minute drive, though sadly not walkable due to no pavement/sidewalk along the road). There is a big supermarket (SuperValu) nearby in Wellington Bridge. The house was very clean and had everything we needed as a family for both the adults and the kids. We highly recommend staying at this house.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Mary Teresa's. It was exactly as billed and just what we needed. Can't get closer to the sea without being on a boat! Loved it. Mary Teresa was very responsive to all messages and was so generous on arrival with little touches to make our stay great. Thank you for having us.

Thank you for letting us spend this week in your beautiful home. We have created some wonderful memories here and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility. My daughter's got a taste of my childhood memories in Wexford. We most certainly hope to stay again.

I've stayed in quite a few ab&bs but. This was the cleanest one I've been to very handy. To shops and food takeaways the area is so very clean and no bother with kids kicking football around day or night it dose every thing it says in the airb&b page plenty to do and see around it Just a big thank you to Richard for having us

Lovely cosy white cottage ideally located near all village amenities such as golf, tennis courts play area and beach. Perfect host who added some lovely touches to our stay which made it very special. Already booked a return visit.

We had a lovely stay here. Comfy, spacious, well equipped, centrally located in town. James was very helpful, place was very well presented, plenty of toiletries and also some food there when we arrived. Had a lovely stay in a lovely part of the country. Deli in the supermarket 100 yards away is excellent for eating in, so were the local restaurants or takeaways. Would recommend this place no problem. A+++

We had a wonderful stay at this townhome overlooking Waterford Harbor. It was convenient to the beach, pubs, restaurants, and shops. The deck was huge and in good condition. There was plenty of space for my wife and I and our adult daughter.

We had a great stay at Margaret's property. The surrounds were beautiful with the coast line being a five minute walk from the house. It's a very spacious house with good wifi and good sized back garden area for some football.

Highroad House is absolutely amazing, truly a home away from home! The whole place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly comfortable, with super cozy beds, reclining sofas, and a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and a huge fridge for all the goodies we bought. There were so many thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special — phone chargers and USB adapters in the bedrooms, super-fast Wi-Fi (it's a 6, not a B!), throws if it was cold and loads of hot water. Every detail was so well thought out. Holly was fantastic — so friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole booking experience completely stress-free. And the EV charger at the house for guests to use was the cherry on top — a really great bonus! I honestly can’t recommend Highroad House enough. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge, and the ideal base for exploring the stunning local area. We didn’t want to leave, especially as the sun was shining

Amazing view, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful house with lots of space for two families to be together. Kids loved the outside space. Donna incredibly helpful and responsive.

Perfect home for families! Val’s place was great - huge garden with lots of things for kids - trampoline, football goal, bikes, swings and slide and loads of space. Plenty of toys, board games and books too. Everything clean and tidy, lovely bed linen etc The house is a two minute walk from The Strand restaurant and Seabiscuit for lovely take away coffees, pastries, pizza and fish n chips. Beach another 2 minutes walk. The cliff walk is beautiful, as is the larger strand. Kids went swimming and crab fishing on the pier. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough about our stay at Emmett’s place. We knew walking through the door for the first time, this place felt like home. We found the living area and kitchen sectioned off from the bedrooms which was such a pleasant discovery. This way some could go to bed early while others stayed up and watched movies and no sound reached the rooms. The location is the most spectacular thing about this house. They are not kidding when they say you have a complete ocean view. You go out the backyard through the back gate and turn right, walk five minutes and you are at the most beautiful beach. If you turn left you head down to a gorgeous pier where kids were jumping off into the water and a small public beach, that had an amazing restaurant and takeout restaurant. We loved eating dinner at The Strand and take away pizzas from Sea biscuit. The weather was beautiful while we were visiting and we had many recommendations from Emmett that kept our family busy while we were in town. Loved it!

Wonderful spot. Deborah offers a very warm welcome to a spacious and spotless home, tranquil on a cliff above a beach on the Hook peninsula. The home is very large and comfortable to be in -we stayed a week, with my 2kids (5&7) and my parents (late 70s) and 2 dogs….the house met everyone’s needs very well, with sauce to be together ….and be apart!! The house has weathered many seasons, but with new plush carpets, soft as soft bed linen and towels, spotlessly clean, well-kitted out kitchen -it has everything you need. Deborah has the balance of being nearby, and responsive, but also out of your way(!)…the house design lends itself perfectly to private family time. Hook peninsula of course has beaches aplenty, we played and swam, and flew kites…on stormier day the home was very warm and snug, happily watching the waves crash into the beach. Recommend wholeheartedly ….and do accommodating to allow furry dog friends too.

This is a lovely house, well laid out and stocked, and very clean. The garden is pretty and pleasant, sunny all day and very private. A lovely beach is only 10 minutes walk, with an option to park closer if needed, and other beaches are very close by too. There's lots to do within easy driving distance, plenty of company and facilities close by for children and the Close itself is very peaceful. We had a wonderful week here and highly recommend it.
