Phil is a great host, responding quickly to any message. We had no issues at all with our accommodation but feel he would have sorted any problems promptly. Good location for exploring Poole and just a 20 minute walk from the harbour.

Alan and I had a fantastic stay this week at the Annexe. Carol and Derek were so friendly and helpful and were so welcoming; they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We felt at home straight away in a perfect space for us and our 2 small dogs. We had a relaxing and peaceful few days which was just what we needed and even had a magical experience where the cows and sheep in the field came right up to the fence to say hello one evening which made the perfect photos for our memories. We totally recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful break. The annexe was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay with lots of extra items which really did make the difference such as: dog blankets, towels, bowls and treats. Bathroom towels, cleaning products and loo roll. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and of course those yummy fresh eggs. Carol and Derek thank you so much for an amazing stay- we will definitely be back. 😊

Great flat. Very clean and welcoming. Close to local restaurants and lovely walks along the quay. Bonus was a secure place to leave our bikes!

Kevin’s flat is very well maintained and equipped. He greeted us, explained the adequate parking and left tea coffee milk and chocolate shortbread on arrival. It is near the top of a steep hill - about 6 minutes walk up from the pier - the coastal views are beautiful. Swanage felt a welcoming place with good opportunities for hilly walks, boat, train and bus trips to enjoy the Jurassic coast. We had a car problem and Kevin recommended an excellent local garage where the mechanic was extremely helpful. We recommend ‘Pebbles’ as a really comfortable place for one or two to stay.

Amazing apartment very close to the centre of Lyme Regis. Very clean and comfortable beds and linen. Nice big bathroom. Great communication. Highly recommended :)

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

Very comfortable, great views, quiet location. Very grateful for the early checkin.

We had the most amazing time! Lyme Regis is truly worth a visit. Absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants and extremely dog friendly. Richards place is perfect so near to the seafront with a parking place that once there you don’t need your car so it’s brilliant !! As parking is costly and not much parking around. The home is spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful view from the decking. Probable the best place to stay in Lyme Regis. We will definitely be back.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The place is in an amazing location, two minutes from the sea - you can see it from the bay window in the living room. Everywhere was lovely and clean and great value for money for the size - it’s huge! We loved the quirky layout too. For things to do, we loved the marine aquarium - it’s small but you get to hand feed the fish and hold starfish! The ammonite pavement on Monmouth beach is a must do too. The Lyme Regis museum is absolutely brilliant too. Both my kids loved it despite being very different ages (12 and 6).

Karen is a very nice person and responds quickly. The house is great and very clean and everything you need is available and the internet is strong. A place where you feel comfortable and safe. If I had the opportunity to return to Bournemouth, of course, this house would be my first choice in housing, but its only drawback is that there is no supermarket nearby. You need a 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, grocery store or any services.

David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

This is as our second time staying at Elizabeth’s place (first time in the flat upstairs which has 3 bedrooms). It is very close to where our son and family live, which is great and has everything we needed to have our 2 granddaughters over for a couple of sleepovers. They had a lovely time and enjoyed playing on the trampoline and swings in the garden. The flat itself is beautifully clean and well kitted out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Liz.

Tracy & Richard's place is very convenient and stocked with all the essentials needed for a weekend getaway or even a longer vacation. It's in a great location with a couple of minutes away from the local pub and a 30 mins walk from Lyme Regis.

Beautifully clean place to stay. Very well done and we had a great break in Swanage. Brilliant walks and coastline. Always found a space with the on street parking. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. I went for the Easter long weekend with my mum and friend. Anna is super lovely and made the whole stay great. It was self check in but she was available over message and very responsive. The flat is super clean, comfortable and spacious. We had treatments at Annas salon (massages and facials) and we all agreed they were the best we ever had. Couldn't recommend enough!

We had a great bank holiday weekend. The place was perfect for our family of 4 with our dog. Our kids loved the hot tub. We also thought the kitchen was good for eating meals. The location is amazing especially if you are looking to go to the dog friendly beach, ferry, or restaurants.

I really cabt recommend Jonathons place more positively. Lots of really good resturants and bars in walking distance as is the spectacular beach. Which is stunning. Easy reach of Bournmouth and Sandbanks. And the hot tub was amazing. Cant recommend this location enough for a really chilled get away. 100% use again in the near future.

We had a wonderful few days in Portland. George & Sez were great hosts, immediate responses to any questions we had. Apartment is stunning, views breath taking. The weather was amazing so the terrace & hot tub were a big hit. The apartment is a stones throw from the coastal paths, each morning we'd walk down to the Lobster Pot by Portland Bill for a coffee. One thing I would suggest if you're eating out in the evening, is to pre-book especially during holiday season as there isn't an abundance of eateries open in the evening. We had two meals at the Cove House Inn about a 10 mins drive from the apartment which was recommended by George & Sez. Fantastic views & food but definitely book. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.

Wow is all I can say. If we could give 6 stars we would have. Karen and Lee are so attentive, friendly and welcoming. The place is ideal location, quiet and lovely. the place is perfect to stay, the hot tub and garden is so tranquil and peaceful, all the amenities are perfect. The breakfast bits and cooking oil, seasons etc are an added touch! Honestly we loved it here and would definitely return! Thanks both 😃

Took my wife for a birthday stay here. It’s exactly as shown in the photos and clean throughout. Bed is king size (5ft) although softer than I would normally find comfortable. Cutlery, crockery and glasses etc clean with a good selection of hot drinks on offer. Nice and spacious we could really relax. Hot tub perfect size for two people, given I am 6ft 6 I could stretch my legs out in it and relax with my wife and a bottle or two of bubbly. Couple of smart speakers so we could listen to our usual radio station. We had a pleasant night, any questions were answered swiftly and the price was good. It’s in our list of places to rebook in the future. Great for a wanting a night away with your significant other; locally there are shops, restaurants and takeaways and not far from the seaside or the New Forest for days out.
