It is located in a quiet secluded spot surrounded by lovely natural native bush, punga's and ferns Sit on the deck in the morning sun and feel the ambiance and soak up all the natural beauty and hear the sound of Tuis, and Bellbirds, and of the roar of the Snow fed River in the valley below the batch. Tuparipari Riverbank Retreat is perched on the banks of the Whanganui River amongst native trees and in a loved bird garden adorned with garden art. This retro studio apartment is complete with an en suite, kitchenette & private entrance. Your alternative entrance is via spiral stairway leads up to your laundry and a second toilet. This is a great retreat for couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers. The wifi is very fast (Gigabyte speed) and is unlimited.

Cosy in the Centre of Ohakune

This one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of our family home (we live on the 2nd and 3rd floors). It is in the middle of Ohakune, halfway between Turoa Junction and Ohakune centre. They're a walks close by, Turoa is 20 minutes drive away and we have a list of walks that are nearby and suit a range of people. Parking is right in front of the apartment as per the photos in the listing. Our house manual also has a list of the best spots in Ohakune to check out.

Our cosy Apartment is located Motuoapa where you will wake with the Tuis and be perfectly situated for skiing, hiking the Tongariro crossing, fishing the lake or rivers or shopping in bustling Taupo, only 25 mins by car. The lakefront, a great café and the marina are a scenic 10 minute walk away, 2 minutes by car. The neighbourhood boasts a tennis court, basketball court, reserves and an abundance of native birds.
