Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. This modern, architecturally designed suite with its own private entrance is nestled amongst peaceful bush surrounds in Remuera and overlooks the Orakei Basin inlet. It has comfortable furnishings, a fully-equipped kitchen, underfloor bathroom heating, under sheet electric blankets and a spacious grassy outdoor area with a path that leads down to the water's edge. It is close to bus and train, local cafes, a shopping centre and a walking track that surrounds the Orakei Basin.

Located on the lower level of a private dwelling, this self - contained facility (including separate bathroom/toilet - upgraded Nov 2022), is situated in a private garden setting. Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.
