Ideally located a few minutes from the main A30 with easy access to both coasts & just 15 minutes drive from both Newquay & Truro. The accommodation is really flexible with a large living area, kitchen, bedroom with king-size bed & shower room. It has dedicated parking & a garden. A travel cot & highchair are available.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter!
