Very large but cosy bedroom and spacious bathroom. Fraser was very friendly and helpful. Location a short walk from Brora. We would definitely stay again.

Angela’s place was the perfect stop over on our way to Orkney- comfortable, clean and welcoming. We loved the walk down to the Spanish for Tapas and back up to the house vía the lighthouse. One of our favorite AirBnB’s!

The location was spot on.Exactly in the middle of the town centre. We have booked 2 rooms. Both were very neat and clean. Properly decorated. We have been welcomed by John even though we were pretty late ( 9:30 pm) . John is always with a big smile. The breakfast was awesome. Bed was super comfortable. What else we need. Thanks for hosting us.

This was exactly what we wanted. It was remote but not isolated, the house was up to date, very clean and just the right size for - in our case - two older people. Wi-fi was good and had all the amenities we required. There was a village shop and a coffee shop within walking distance, car access and parking was good with plenty room. Hotels and restaurants where nearby if you wanted to eat out with easy road access to Thurso, Mey and John O'Groats etc and direct access to A9 and NC500. We would consider this and this area again should we travel to the North of Scotland in the future.

Travelers arriving in Inverness who are here to see the Scottish Highlands...Trust me when I say that you need to get your car and drive to Dornoch and stay with Denise and Nigel. I’ve stayed in simple places and top end luxury hotels, and although I’ve certainly had wonderful hospitality extended to me, this may be the most welcome and comfortable stay I’ve ever had. I arrived nearly 12 hours late due to my flight connection being canceled, I was exhausted from a long trip, and Denise greeted me, chatted with me a bit, fixed me a snack, and helped me get settled. She knew JUST what I needed after a rather difficult trip. It was quiet and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, the room and house tastefully decorated, and the newly finished bathroom was just lovely. I woke up to a view of grazing sheep and the Dornoch Firth after a really restful night’s sleep. Denise helped me put together the perfect day to spend in the area and it was truly delightful. I’m back for a second night as planned. Her breakfast was amazing and the thoughtful touches she provides her guests and her attention to detail will make you wish you could stay here for your entire trip. I’m so grateful I chose this place over all of the others and hope to be back again soon. Thank you so much Denise and Nigel.

Jackie made us feel instantly at home with cups of tea and coffee in the lounge. The room was spacious, spotless and immaculate with absolutely everything we needed, including some wonderful homemade shortbread! The adjacent bathroom exclusively for our use had the most amazing remote controlled shower. Jackie's continental breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. We cannot recommend this highly enough. The position and views are amazing. A wonderful place for much longer than our overnight stay. We wished we could stay longer.

Beautiful place, the surrounding area is stunning on a clear day. The accommodation is comfy, homely and spacious. Breakfast reviews definitely lived up to expectations! We would definitely recommend / stay again if in these parts of the coast of Scotland again. Thank you for your hospitality, Victoria!

Can not recommend this place more! The hosts are warming; they welcomed us with a cup of tea, toast and butter. They gave us suggestion for the night, and the breakfast was amazing as well. The place is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The room and bathroom were perfect. We stayed here one night for our NC500 road trip. If you need a stop near by, this is a must!

We had a great time at Clare and Phil’s home. The views were stunning, and we got to see seals in the bay. Phil cooked breakfast for us each morning, and he was a delightful host. In addition to having a BnB, they also run a seal rescue, so they are very knowledgeable and great teachers about seals. 🦭 They have two dogs on the property, so if you miss your furry friends, they are in the backyard for cuddles.

Great care taken by Craig who was thoughtful and helpful. A very well presented suite with breakfast provisions included.

We really enjoyed our stay, the suite was lovely, the bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The room was immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious. John was so helpful and friendly. It was a real experience staying here. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
