The Loft is a three bedroom apartment renovated from the barn's original hayloft, with hand-detailed, reclaimed decor and a stunning view of our farm/orchard. Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca are all within a 25-35 min drive. This area is know for it's wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! The house is centrally-located, quiet, and a peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips.

Welcome to the FLX! Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 mi from the Cayuga Lake trail. Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, phenomenal eateries and food trucks, cheese houses, ice cream shops (and lakes!) are just around the corner. Enjoy!

Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Situated on a farm. It's 100% privacy, solitude & isolation, 100' from a barn & has everything to make you comfortable i.e Wi-Fi, TV & great sound system. Building has 2 levels. The lower is an open plan 400 sq ft comprised of kitchen, living room (w/ foldout couch) & bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead you to a private covered deck overlooking a wooded gully. The COMPOSTING TOILET is a environmentally friendly unit. The loft accessed by a NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE w/ queen sized bed.
