It overlooks our small private lake which is host to a variety of water birds including our beautiful pair of resident swans. We have some wonderful walks directly from the house which include two excellent village pubs. The location is ideal for trips to Bath, Salisbury, Oxford and London (fast train from Pewsey) plus many local attractions.

The Carthorse Barn is a two bedroom barn conversion, sitting in the heart of the Cotswold lakes on a working smallholding with a small number of pigs and hens. Just five miles away lies the market town of Cirencester, regarded as the heart of the Cotswolds, a perfect place for fine dining or shopping.
