Enjoy this spacious two story house located between the MacDonald and MacKay bridges! We have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable king bed, wifi, TV with 4K Apple TV, full kitchen, and a private back yard with a patio. There is a second airbnb unit at the front of the house, however, there are no shared spaces and no doorway connecting the two units. I live here for part of the year and rent it out short term while away. If you smoke please do so outside of the house.

Have your morning coffee on the dock, relax in the hot tub, explore the lake by canoe, kayak or stand up paddleboard and then cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. With high speed internet & big tv you can work remotely or chill with a show, but you won't want to miss the spectacular sunset! Note: this is the lower level & we live upstairs. You'll hear our steps, closing doors, etc.

Bright apartment located downstairs of our home. Peaceful waterfront in Fall River on the Shubie Canal. Lots of space in this private lot but yet 20minutes from the city. Enjoy the view, relax with a book or Dip in the pool if it's a hot day. Walk to local eatery for lunch or dinner. Personal favourite is Fourth Lock Skate park /Rec Center 2 min drive. Close to Sobeys & NSLC. 12 mins from the airport Covid Clean We have a friendly NS Duck toller Gracie who may greet you and say hello!

The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.
