Despite located in the building basement, it is bright and from the large window you can enjoy a surprising Matterhorn view. Wi-FI full coverage, SMART TV, Kitchen fully equipped. It is very close to any ski station (400m from Matterhorn Paradise and 750m from Sunnegga) and center (500m). Everything is reachable in max 10 minutes walking, otherwise the bus stop is 150m far.

Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).
