Finished to a very high standard with oak & slate furnishings, smart TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, fridge, coffee machine etc. a light breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Withypool is on the route of the 2 Moors Way, with many more walks from the door. The spectacular, West Somerset and North Devon coasts a short drive away.

Vist the stunning coastline & peaceful countryside of Somerset with lots to do in the area for all ages. Sun bathe & star gaze from our large south facing patio! Our house is detached, well equipped, spacious & south facing with walks & off road cycling from the doorstep, fab views. We have 4 doubles, 1 single, lovely beaches nearby, large garden, patio BBQ & fire pit, dogs are free. I may be able to be flexible on dates & numbers, do message me. Home made scones & a bottle of fizzy welcome you!

Owlscombe

Owlscombe is perfectly positioned on the coastal slopes of Exmoor with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views across the Bristol channel within a short stroll of the pretty harbour village of Porlock Weir and its amenities. Owlscombe is a very special holiday home which is perfect for large family gatherings or friends getting together to relax or celebrate a memorable occasion. The house is a magnificent, modern, 6 bed / 6 bath property that sleeps up to 12 people and is family and pet friendly.

Old Quarme Kennels is a large and comfortable base for exploring Exmoor. Set in delightful terraced gardens with beautiful views, this former hunting kennels remains dog-friendly and features a luxury conservatory with fire, large lounge with fire, welcoming country kitchen with Aga, a utility room and boot-room. Beautifully hidden away at the foot of the moor, it is the perfect base for a family, cycling, riding or hiking holiday. The pubs and shops of Exford are only 10 minutes walk away.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Barn on Exmoor Farm

The Pony Stalls, near Brompton Regis is a recently converted barn on a working farm on Exmoor, within easy walking distance from Wimbleball Lake. Sleeping up to 6 guests in three rooms, it's well-suited to families. There are gardens at the front and rear [enclosed]. Both have lake views. The barn, once used to house the farms working horses, has been tastefully restored with modern comforts. Within a 40 minute drive from the M5 yet close to open moorland and stunning views of the lake.

Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.
