This historic cabin was among first built in Pine Flat/CHS. Alongside Capinero Creek.Fully-restored cabin, using reclaimed wood, materials, appliances and furniture. The front-half of the cabin is a charming studio vintage cottage, plus 1-bedroom & 1-full bath. The back-half is a mudroom w/laundry, "rancher's” bunk and fun antiques.
