Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

A 5 minute walk to Thirroul Beach, Local Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels and the renowned Anita’s Theatre.

A shopping centre, restaurants & fast food stores are only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. No pets allowed. Maximum 2 adults & baby Wollongong/Hospital/WIN Stadium - 12 min drive UOW - 12 min drive, or a bus to Wollongong then free shuttle bus to uni.

Centrally located cosy studio with own access and self check in. A great base to explore Wollongong’s beautiful beaches and escarpment walks. Corrimal shops, cafes and pub are a short 10 minute stroll away. 7 minute drive to a patrolled beach. Plenty of on street parking. The granny flat is attached to our family home. You will have a private patio but there might be the sound of children playing.
