Mount Tamborine is a stunning environment, on top of the range 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast. At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. A king bed with ensuite, separate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. Downstairs features a second bathroom / laundry, fire place, lounge, study & self inflating bed (inflatable bed linen not included), dining & fully equipped kitchen before walking onto a large deck overlooking the rainforest.

Little Bird Cottage is situated in a quiet, private rainforest grove on Tamborine Mountain. It's character both inside and out is French/English Country with the added romantic atmosphere generated by its secluded rainforest setting. An excellent place to unwind and is within walking distance to Gallery Walk, the Botanical Gardens, National Parks and numerous quality eating venues. Separated by Rainforest trees from the main house this cottage provides guests with privacy and tranquility.

At night light the fireplace with the wood provided & soak in the large tub. Take the picnic basket & rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.

The property boasts hand made windows, hand carved etchings and joinery and stonework that will leave you in awe and exploring for days. It's a short drive to the rainforest walks, brewery, wineries, artisan cheese factory, the famous Gallery Walk, wedding venues and many other local restaurants and attractions of Tamborine.
