You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. There are 2 golf courses, 2 microbreweries, 1 winery and so much more within a 10 minute drive! We have 2 cottages on our property, this listing is the 2 bedroom cottage

Our property affords off-street parking and a large back yard in a peaceful neighborhood. Erie Intn'l Airport is slightly less than 1 hr away, and Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo airports are within 2 hrs. Please note: We have a no-smoking policy for our entire property--inside and outside. We also maintain a strict no pets policy.

Enjoy a peaceful night by the fire in the evenings. Walk in the woods. Staying in a secluded country setting, you may see cute little deer, turkey, foxes, squirrels an occasional skunk. At our country backroad cottage we have bear and coyotes may be heard howling and hunting the woods at night. Enjoy country living😍
