Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches. Living room has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025, only open October -April. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets
