The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Sitting by a hedgerow at the edge of a working farmyard the Hut looks out over its own grassy corner to open fields and water meadows beyond. The picnic table and fire-pit outside the hut make it a lovely spot for an outdoor supper on a long summer evening. In winter stoke up the tiny wood-burner in the hut to hunker down for a warm night sheltered from anything the weather throws at you.
