It’s the upstairs cottage apartment with tall windows giving you a view to the Live Oak trees canopying together. The one by the cottage is 200 +years old!! Charming and cozy place to relax or work! Living room windows are tinted for privacy. Comfy bed and all the bedding is cleaned in between guests. There are plenty of towels, linens, and the essentials you need to be comfortable. Stores and restaurants within 2 miles. 18 miles to FSU and a short drive to Wakulla Springs, Cherokee Sink, Leon Sinks, St. Marks, rivers and beaches.

The property is adjacent to Apalachicola National Forest with many springs, and hiking or biking trails nearby. This is an outdoor lover's dream.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio.
