Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. This home was completed in the 1870s and is a jewel in the region (we’re bringing her back to life, but she’s still pretty awesome). The town pool is on the neighboring property, it’s very convenient.
