Additionally, it offers easy access to the town center, making strolls to the heart of Beccles a brief and enjoyable experience. With its location and amenities, the cottage is perfect for those seeking to venture into the picturesque countryside of Suffolk and Norfolk.

A beautiful 17th-century cottage in the heart of Beccles, offering historic charm and modern comfort. The recently renovated property has been designed to a high standard and features a cozy lounge with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. Semi-detached one bedroom Cottage with views over the river. Situated 1 minutes walk to the Beccles open air heated public swimming pool and only 3 minutes walk to the vibrant town centre and river. Accommodation is on three levels with a large double bedroom, kitchen diner leading to the shower room and toilet, and lounge area containing a double sofa-bed. A conservatory off the lounge leads to a utility room with downstairs toilet and a south facing patio area. Off-road parking included.

Elegantly decorated apartment in the courtyard area of our property. Double bedroom with separate ensuite and panelled throughout. Panelled kitchen and dining area with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. This apartment is perfect for long weekends and midweek breaks. The apartment is within our courtyard area with privacy and is quiet. Guests have an area outside to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Guests have their own outdoor seating area and allocated parking space.

This recently renovated modern split level apartment is part of an historic building in the heart of the attractive market town of Beccles, a short walk from a multitude of activities. Formerly a 19th-century gentry residence, it offers olde world charm mixed with modern amenities with Twyfords Cafe serving great homemade food conveniently on the ground floor. Pubs, restaurants, shops, boating on the river and outdoor lido on the doorstep. Excellent coastal walks a 20-minute drive.

Dog friendly space in Beccles (dogs not to be left on their own). Double bed & sofa bed for lone travellers, couples & young families (not suitable for groups). Built summer 2023. On drive parking, WiFi & courtyard - stylish and comfortable getaway 😊 Walk to town centre in 10mins, local pub in 3mins, outside swimming pool & River Waveney in 15mins & just 5mins to children's park, dog exercise area and Countryside. Nearest beach 15min drive. Great location for exploring!

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A night at the museum.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle.
