Excellent communication from Lucinda and a very warm welcome from Lucinda's mum. The apartment was spacious, very clean and quiet, fantastic location, free parking at the back, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. We had no problems at all, very quiet area too.

Great little space for my short stay. I was running the Boston marathon so this was perfectly situated within minutes of the start (also meaning you can avoid queuing up for the loo, total bonus), and use the compact little kitchen area to cook up your pre-race food just as you want. Was the perfect space to chill out in.

A lovely place to stay as ever, we have stayed here many times, conveniently placed for visiting friends and family and many other places of interest, lovely kitchen although you need to provide you own food this is perfect for those with restricted diets. Beautiful location too.

Amazing location, 5 minutes to the beach and funfair. Place was really clean and had a great hot shower!! Ash was really prompt at answering questions and super helpful.

A lovely little place with lovely hosts. The place is decorated really nicely, very clean, the whole site was lovely and the little enclosed garden was so nice to sit in when the sun was shining. Owners dogs can be a bit barky at times, which if you're in the annex attached to their house, is quite loud, but we're dog people so it didn't hugely bother us and didn't last too long. We'd definitely stay again!

The loft is a beautiful,immaculately presented and extremely comfortable apartment.The effort Nina made to ensure our stay ,to celebrate our sister’s birthday ,was memorable was much appreciated.The Spar shop just across the street was very handy.

We had to crash somewhere on our way to do a skydive. This was perfect for me and my children: not far away from the aerodrome, peaceful, just what we needed to make ourselves a breakfast at a very early time. We had not time to visit the area but from the little we saw, it looked like a pretty surrounding.

I highly recommend staying at Anna’s place. Everything was clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed were provided. Anna was very helpful in providing instructions with check in and information about where we could park. The breakfast products were also a lovely personal touch.

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend

Clare made me feel very welcome and the personalisation was a lovely gesture. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, contemporary and beautifully decorated throughout. Everything you could need was provided. The bed was very comfortable and Clare provided lots of information for anyone not familiar with the area. I was visiting a lifelong friend and the location was perfect for me. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Clare and this property to those looking to spend time in Uppingham, Rutland and surrounds and I would definitely look to book again in the future. Great apartment in a really quiet location with excellent hosts. Perfectly placed for exploring the countryside around The Wash by bike, as it is right on National Cycle route 1. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Lucie was very helpful In getting to the address. she always reply on time and available to help. the property was clean and tidy and very private just as I like it.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Celebrating my birthday we came away for the weekend to Andy’s place. It was lovely and peaceful and the lodge was in a great location close to woodhall spa but not too busy or noisy. The lodge itself was perfect for my family and dog and had everything we needed inside. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day walking and visiting different places. Exactly as listed and in the photos. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots all over the world! Pristinely clean throughout, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
