We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here and was able to make use of its kitchen for cooking and also for the marina down the street for any of my shopping needs. It was a peaceful area and would definitely recommend to others.

Sûrement le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous avons séjourné : appartement très propre, correspond à la description, literie confortable, 2 terrasses privées avec de la vue, très bien placé à 10mn du centre, calme, super super bien équipé, très pratique quand on voyage léger : serviettes, serviettes de plage, shampooing, après shampooing, lave linge, il y a tout ! Clim, rangements, Netflix, wifi, tout pour se préparer à manger et tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner du matin, le luxe ! Et puis il y a Dina & Maria, à l'écoute si besoin, d'une grande gentillesse qui nous ont super bien accueillis : conseils, horaires des bus, carte de l'île et des petits cadeaux qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Vraiment le TOP DU TOP, vous ne pourrez pas mieux tomber. Encore merci Dina & Maria pour tout, votre appartement ainsi que votre accueil ont été un réel atout pour des vacances réussies.

Enjoyed our short stay in this spacious, very well equipped beautiful apartment, especially the breakfast on the huge terrace. Good, quiet position - 5 minutes' walk from the center of Mastichari and also close to beach. Would definitely recommend!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement in Tigaki mit riesiger z.T. überdachter Terrasse. Gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Parkplatz war in der Nähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank an Despina und ihre Familie.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sunset View Studio! The location is perfect - just a short walk to the sea and surrounded by beautiful nature. The studio itself is clean, nicely decorated, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The best part are the views from the balcony – they are simply stunning, especially during sunset. Dimi, the host, was outstanding - incredibly welcoming, quick to respond and super helpful, and he provided great recommendations for exploring the area. If you're looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat in Kos, I highly recommend this place!

Öncelikle evin konumundan bahsetmek istiyorum. Ev şehir merkezi Kos Town' a oldukça yakın. Biz adaya feribot ile ulaştığımız için konum itibariyle evi çok beğendik. Her sabah dalga sesleriyle uyandığınız, yatakta gözünüzü açar açmaz denizi gördüğünüz bu evde 6 gece konakladık ve asla yetmedi. Her şey çok güzeldi. Ev icindeki mobilya ve elektrikli ev aletleri eski fakat hepsi iş görür nitelikteydi. Evin sahibi Evdokia çok tatlı bir insan, eve girdiğimiz an bizi Evdokia'nın kız kardeşi Maria karşıladı. Buzdolabı ikranlarla doluydu. İlk gün kahvaltımızı yapabilmemiz ici gerekli yiyecek ve içecekler bizi bekliyordu. Konaklamamızın 2.günü Evdokia bize yerel lezzetlerden bir tatlı gönderdi ve bu bizim çok hoşumuza gitti ❤️ En unutulmazı da son gün elinde bir hediye paketiyle gelmesiydi. Kos adasında geçirdiğimiz bu 1 haftanın en güzel tarafı bu kusursuz konaklamaydı 💖🇬🇷 Her şey için teşekkürler Evdokia.

We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen , hele behulpzame gastvrouw. De villa is erg mooi en netjes. Hele mooie adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het terras . Kamers zijn ruim en schoon . Mooie grote keuken met alle apparatuur. De Airconditioning werkt prima. Deze villa is een aanrader.

Fikret bey oldukça hassas, yardımsever ve anlayışlı bir ev sahibiydi. Isteklerimize anında cevap verdi. Erken geleceğimizi söylediğimizde bize evin müsait olduğunu ve erkenden girebileceğinizi söyledi. Paranın değil memnuniyetin birinci planda olduğunu görmek benim için oldukça önemliydi. Ailece harika bir tatil yaptık hatta seneye de yine konaklayacağız. Fikret bey artık Bodrum’daki ahbabimiz oldu çünkü🥰 Evin temizliği; su, çay , kahve ihtiyacımız hemen karşılandı. Kısacası harika bir ev ve harika bir ev sahibi👏👏👏

Unser Aufenthalt war von A bis Z perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Kommunikation und die Sauberkeit, einfach alles war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft herzlich weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten wunderschöne Familienferien dort. Vielen Dank für alles!

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

We enjoyed Vedat’s home! We wish we could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing to sit out on their covered balcony. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We will be back thank you!!

Great place, perfect location! Just a quick walk to the local shops, bars, and restaurants. Close enough to get to the local beaches! Quiet and peaceful. Really lovely neighbourhood.

Jenny’nin evi her anlamda harikaydı. Evde ihtiyaç duyulan her şey fazlasıyla mevcuttu. Tüm odalar ve banyo tertemizdi. Konum olarak beachlere, restoranlara ve merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi. Het was een hele fijne ruimte vlak boven de heerlijke pizzeria. We hebben met plezier gebruik gemaakt van de accommodatie wat op loopafstand van het strand is en de drukke winkeltjes. De douchekop zit wel vrij los in de houder maar verder is ook de badkamer schoon en netjes

It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Perfect location and very well equipped and well renovated house

I had an amazing stay in Kos, all thanks to my wonderful hosts. Super friendly, helpful, easy to reach and eager to help, both through messages and in person, thus making me feel very welcome and my stay as smooth as possible. The place was more than I expected. Clean, beautiful, very spacious, fully equipped and just as pictured; I felt right at home. In the kitchen, one will find bottled water, juice, snacks as well as spices and more, always close at hand. Check-in and check-out times were super flexible, which is also a big plus. Great stay overall! Pantelena's and husband's hospitality made my visit truly special, and I wish I could have stayed longer. It's a great place to stay so I recommend it hands down and would certainly visit again. Highly recommended!

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
