We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yiannis' and Georgia's apartment. It's newly renovated, super clean, has all amenities one could wish for and you can see the love they put into every detail. The location itself is fantastic: only a few steps from the beach (you have a wonderful sea view from the balcony) and super cute beach clubs (we'd particularly recommend Alibaba and Mylos) and waterfront restaurants (we especially liked Barbouni). The walk to the town center (which is a bit more touristy but very pretty as well) is only about 10-15 minutes, so you can easily get around by foot or bike, but we did enjoy our home neighborhood the most. As hosts, Yiannis and Georgia were a dream. They might be the nicest people we've ever met. Super accommodating, quick to respond and they made us feel so, so welcome from the moment we arrived in Kos to the second we left. We are really grateful and would definitely stay with them again!

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

The house was clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. The host was very nice and friendly. Resmiye made us feel at home. There is a close by beach and local stores to buy your groceries from. Quiet and lovely neighborhood.

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Güzel konaklama oldu bizim için, Fevzi bey ve ailesi oldukça cana yakın ve yardımcı insanlardı. Konaklamayla ilgili ev resimlerde göründüğü gibiydi farklı bir durumla karşılaşmadık özellikle ailelere uygun rahat konaklama olduğunu düşünüyorum . Herşey için kendisine teşekkür ederim

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We booked at last minute and we were very happy to if found this lovely villa Communication was very easy and quick and we were met and given the key. The house was very clean and had everything you need to make it a great stay

The owner of apartment was in touch for our needs and questions, even it was late in evening. Facilities of place are great, wellness centre with so many great options to offer and very good service. Villa is perfectly clean with everything you need for life, so we had a really great time in Bodrum.

Bizi ev sahibi olarak Iro kapıda karşıladı. Çok kısa sürede bütün sorularımıza cevap verdi. Evi çok güzel tanıttı ve her konuyla ilgili bilgi verdi. Evin bir sürü balkonu vardı. Özellikle girişteki balkon vakit geçirmek için çok keyifliydi. Ev çok kullanışlı ve temizdi. Evde kapsül kahve makinesi, mikrodalga fırın, fırın, çamaşır makinesi, ütü, saç kurutma makinesine kadar her şey vardı. Yeri merkeze çok yakındı. Çevrede çok güzel yemek mekanları vardı. Ev sahipleri çok ilgiliydi. Çok güzel bir tatildi. Özellikle Iro, giriş çıkış saatleri başta olmak üzere her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Çok tatlı bir ev sahibiydi. Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

We booked Maja's beach studio for a week of climbing. it is ideally situated, with a great view over the beach and next to small shop. It was easy to get to, and the interior is cutely decorated, and sitting out the front or back for breakfast was delightful with all the cat visitors. The home has plenty space to store all climbing gear while leaving the living space clear. While there is not fixed kitchen there is a hot plate and toasty grill which allowed us to make breakfast porridge, cook pasta for dinner and make toasties. Maja was very helpful, kind and friendly, while proactively helping us with activities, advice and provided blankets when the temperature dropped. We would love to stay with here again.

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand, 10 min Gehweg in die Stadt, Supermarkt nicht weit weg, auch der Check-In war einfach und die Unterkunft sauber und wie beschrieben

We had a very nice time in this apartment. The location is perfect for climbing at the crags closest to Masouri (the approach to Poets starts almost at the apartment). Both Arne and Kalliopi were extremly nice and helpful when we missed something in the apartment or had questions. There are some house rules that can be good to read when booking 🙂
