Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. A short 5-minute drive to Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University but also central to Fremantle and Murdoch Train Station/the Kwinana freeway. Close to multiple parks. Separate, secure private access to the granny flat which contains a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, smart TV, desk and wifi. Ideal for a short stay for one person but can fit two. Child-friendly.

This tiny studio has its own covered outdoor table and chairs within a lovely garden area and front door access from the front courtyard. Smart Tv on wall. The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!
