Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

The apartment was new, very clean and had everything that I needed. Overall, I was more than happy with my stay :)

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

Great little apartment in a great neighbourhood in Seoul. Easy to get around with nearby bus stops and metro stations. Apartment was pristine and everything was brand new. Host gave clear instructions of location and access to the building and apartment by keypad. Fantastic location for exploring this vibrant city.

주변에 번화가가 있어서 편의성은 좋은데 조용하고, 공원도 많아서 산책하기도 좋았어요! 숙소는 ott가 안되는게 조금 아쉬웠지만 너무 깔끔하고 가성비 최고의 숙소였습니다!

I had a lovely stay at Hyeon's apartment. It's a mezzanine-like studio apartment (Officetel) which is very typical in Korea. This place was exactly what I was looking for. Check-In was very straightforward as Hyeon kindly sent over the instructions to enter the secure building. However, I had a little trouble finding the entrance. You have to go through one main entrance, and out again, to find the apartment entrance. Throughout the stay, Hyeon was always available to contact for any issues although I did not have any during my stay. 😄 It was the perfect stay for me and I'm glad I found it. 😀😀🙏

Closed with a Sicon station, Yonsei Univ., and surrounded by restaurants, small pubs, and nightlife activity. Nice place, just a little noisy train sound that you must consider Helen is a super nice person.I would recommend her hospitality.

Really enjoyed our short stay! It was convenient and the apartment is clean, big and comfortable matching with the pictures. It is also very close to a bus stop for an airport shuttle.

교통 접근성이 뛰어나서 좋았습니다. 그리고 유튜브와 다양한 ott를 자유롭고 큰 화면으로 선명하게 볼 수 있었습니다.

Ernie was a great host, super friendly and always happy to help. We really enjoyed our trip thanks to him. Lots of places to drink and eat, highly recommend the Winter bars HP potion.

곤지암 스키장에서 매우 가깝고 차량주차도 2대가 가능해서 친구 커플여행으로 너무 편하게 다녀왔습니다! 식기류도 4인에 맞춰서 준비되어있고 설거지도 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있어서 찜찜한 부분 하나 없이 편하게 쉬었습니다~일회용 치약에 수건도 넉넉하게 준비되어있고 라면 4봉지에 넷플릭스도 사용할 수 있는게 진짜 친구 집에 놀러간거 같았어요ㅎㅎ 숙소 내에 부분부분 안내문이 잘 붙어있어서 헷갈리는 부분 하나 없이 잘 이용했어요^^

Host is extremely responsive and goes far and beyond to cater to my requests. Apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with every equipment and device that you can possibly think of for a vacation stay. Message chair is also a great plus. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at James’s place! The house is clean, bright, and cozy. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need — from and steamer to a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, hair dryers, utensils for simple cooking. The bathroom was a pleasant surprise — stocked with shower gel, lotion and hair products that smell amazing, plus the water pressure was excellent, which was a big deal for us after long days out. The neighborhood is peaceful, yet just a short walk away from plenty of shops, eateries, and a few convenience stores right on the route from the train station. Super convenient and easy to get around. Also, a must-try nearby is a café called Croquer — hands down the best pastries and croissants we’ve ever had in our lives (not even exaggerating!) Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

근처에 호수공원과 백화점도 있고 주변에 있을 건 다 있어서 편했어요! 숙소는 사진과 동일했어요. 침대도 폭신폭신해서 잠 자기 편했고, 뭣보다 청결을 우선시하는데 진짜 깨끗하고 좋았어요✩⃛( ͒ ु•·̫• ू ͒) 나중에 또 이용하고 싶어요!!

호스트분께서 감각적이셔서 공간 자체가 편하고 예쁩니다. 향도 좋고 편하게 지인이랑 아니면 여자친구랑 같이가면 무조건 좋아합니다!

房間很棒 空間很大 交通位置也很好 一樓就有便利商店跟olive young 非常方便 唯一小缺點 因為枕頭太軟了🥲睡的不是很舒服

편안한 침구랑 뽀송하고 깨끗한 수건이 정말 마음에 들었어요 숙소도 사진이랑 똑같이 너무 예뻤고 다음에 광교에 숙소를 구할일이 있다면 또 이곳으로 오고 싶어요!

호스트가 정말 친절하십니다. 인테리어 공사때문에 한달간 살았는데 필요한 요청은 즉시 해결해주셔서 편안하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 구축 아파트인 점은 감안해야 합니다.

호텔 보다 더 나아요. 애들이 더 편해합니다
