You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor area, including BBQ and fire-pit (in winter). South Yanchep beach, and a park with a playground and gas BBQs are just a 600m stroll down the road. House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.
