King size beds with memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms with adjustable bed on the main floor. Both bedrooms are large and have ensuite bathrooms. Large flatscreen TVs in bedrooms and in family room. Wi-Fi and new appliances, sleeper sofa, back porch with grill. Close to Charleston, Savannah, Hilton Head and Parris Island. Great place to stay for USMC Bootcamp graduations!

See gorgeous sunrises & watch the dolphins from the upstairs deck or sun porch. Great views of the water from most of the house. New lighted dock on deep water so bring your boat! The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

This water-front house is located in the Palm Key community, a secluded 350-acre nature get-a-way on the Broad River about 10 minutes from I-95, 30 minutes from Beaufort and Parris Island, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah, Georgia.
