Our 252 sq. ft. barndominium is in our 1800s post and beam barn. We divided a separate section for a 1 bedroom with refinished original barn floor and all new modern utilities. A short stroll (2 min) to the town of Kennebunk where we have many great restaurants, Wed. outdoor concerts at the park ,Sat .farmers market and crafts fair, and short drive to all the Kennebunk beaches .A town landing down the street with Mousam River access for canoeing or kayaking.

Rare, Portland waterfront studio located in the heart of the historic Stroudwater neighborhood, awaits one or two guests looking for an urban hideaway. The newly created studio occupies a 150 year old post and beam barn situated on the banks of the Stroudwater and Fore Rivers.
