This was an amazing place! We loved the clean, comfortable rooms, the service was great, the pool and mini golf were so fun! And location- perfect!!

We booked Vacation Village 4br timeshare through Andy but it was full. Andy was able to leverage his connections and find us a 3br HOUSE at Kings Creek Plantation through Spinnaker which was better, I think! We had a full 3br/4bath house to ourselves with three porches in a peaceful setting. Absolutely recommend Kings Creek Plantation through Andy. Close to everything and amazing setting. So quiet and pencil. We will be back!

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort amenities such as the pool, spa, and on-site restaurants add to the overall wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the nearby attractions, Boardwalk Resort is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Virginia. I would definitely recommend and revisit Kerri’s place.

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

Great place in a great location. We loved having our own space with two bedrooms and a full kitchen only a short drive from Colonial Williamsburg.

10 minutes from everything to do. Great restaurants in the area. Quiet peaceful place. Hot tub and pool amenities were excellent.

We stayed here over spring break with our young kids. Tommy and Janet were very friendly and responsive. The location is great! Literally right across the street from the beach, and close to our all time favorite brewery :) we'd love to come back again in the summer months!

We’ve stayed here a few times now and we absolutely love it. Mona paid such close attention to detail with this place that you will feel like you’re in the comfort of your own home with quality items. The backyard is by far our favorite part! It’s so peaceful with beautifully landscaped surroundings. Very quiet, safe neighborhood.

Relaxing, well-kept property and house with a view. Plenty of good food in next town over. If you haven't been to Northern Neck, stay here and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Tanya and her husband are wonderful hosts. The grounds of their property are beautiful, and she goes out of her way to spoil guests. Homemade cookies and muffins with fresh fruit are in the property upon arrival. Additionally, the rental is thoughtfully designed and exceedingly comfortable. It is right on the river, and close to town. There are even new pickleball courts in Tapahannock about 15-20 minutes down the road. These hosts and this property are the golf standard.

We loved our stay in the barn! My husband was a little skeptical when we first say it from the outside, but the inside was just as described and completely adorable. We also greatly appreciated rhe complimentary water and snacks. The beds (that includes the pullout couch) were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean (looked like it had been redone somewhat recently?), and with 3 people showering we didn’t run out of hot water or anything! There were instructions for everything, and there are coffee shops and lots of stores a very short drive away.

We had an excellent 2 weeks stay at the Moss Side cottage, it was exactly as described, quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. We loved watching the cows from the beautiful, large back porch and even got to see a calf born during our stay. The house is fully stocked with any and all things you could possibly need during your stay from kitchenware to cleaning supplies, the rooms are spacious, a large empty garage, and having 3 full bathrooms was great. We had a wonderful stay with our puppy! Chuck was very thoughtful and welcoming with the many amenities available. We felt right at home and it's so close to restaurants and the water. Looking forward to our next visit!

This house and stay were exactly what we needed! We are a quiet family that loves peaceful spaces. The home was beautiful, well maintained, clean, updated, and extremely well appointed. Access to both the beach and lake was easy, as was getting into and out of town. Jack proactively reached out to us when we got there to ensure everything was in order and offered assistance if we needed anything. We didn’t need anything during the week but we felt good knowing he was available. We met some of the neighbors in passing and they were friendly and welcoming, too. Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! Was really amazing to be able to view the sunrise from bed! Also sitting on the private deck watching the ocean was very peaceful! The apartment was very well stocked and the kitchen worked well for preparing our meals! The charcoal grill on the back porch was very handy! It was a wonderful beachfront experience! Thanks

The location was great. Two streets walk to the boardwalk and two streets over to Neptune Statue on 30th Street. Supermarket for groceries was across the street from condo. The washer and dryer and dishwasher made everything so easy to keep up with. Keyless entry is perfect. There are many fun things to do in the area that is either a short walk or short drive. Examples are iFly indoor skydiving, parasailing, kayaking with dolphins, riding bikes/skateboards, mini-golf, etc. We had a great time!

My husband and I along with our 2 dogs had great weekend stay at the Williamsburg campground. The cabin was just very clean and comfortable with all we needed for the weekend. The campground itself was wonderful with plenty of things to do, although we were there to explore Williamsburg and surrounding areas. overall a great stay and would definitely return again!!

Jenna is a great host. Very responsive, personable throughout the process. Location is great. Right in the beach. Several restaurants are walkable. Beach here has a playground for the kids and a work out set up for those inclined. Pools and spa were great, especially on bad weather days.

Kevin’s place was fantastic for what we needed. It’s clean, quiet, extremely close to the grocery store, and a hop and a skip away from the beach and restaurants. The keypads on the building and the unit itself make coming and going a breeze without having to remember a key. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Kevin!

The neighborhood is clean and nice, a security guard will always great you as your drive through the entrance, any time of day. This little community does have a pool that’s great for kids, a large playground, and other amenities you will have access to. It really is a 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens, and the roads near the community seem to get very little traffic. It’s even closer to Water Country USA. There is a shopping center with a Target, as well as a Food Lion not too far. As for the AirBnB itself, it wasn’t what we were expecting based on the photos. We thought we were staying in a detached cottage with two stories inside, but instead wound up in an attached single level townhome with the entrance on the second floor. The unit was spacious inside and mostly updated, except for the kitchen area which felt outdated compared to the bathrooms.
