Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Quiet and cozy stay 6.6 miles from Boone Pickens, 7 miles from downtown and the bus stop. We live on the property and will be chummy or invisible as you wish! We have one cat and a few kittens. Kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker for simple foods and the all important COFFEE to start your day. There is a brand new mini split to keep your perfect temperature and room darkening curtains for wonderful sleeping.

There is plenty of yard to the right of the cabin for your use.
