Maria did a very good job of making a weekend get away feel like home. stocked with all the amenities you'd need and much more. A very clean space and a very nice design . The area and neighbors were respectful, parking was easy, and the patio was very soothing. thank you for the beautiful weekend .

Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

This place was everything we needed and more! The home was spotless, cozy, The location was super convenient, and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Our host was always quick to respond and made sure we felt comfortable from day one. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and would absolutely stay again!

Booked for short stay in Yuma. House was perfect. Had all amenities you would need for a short stay. If staying an extended amount of time just be aware there is no stove/oven, but does have a microwave and hot plate. Overall a perfect place - highly recommended.
