Habitación familiar con cocina americana (Erzgebirgsbahn)

La sala familiar (39 metros cuadrados; primer piso; frente al patio, ¡sin vistas al tren!) consta de dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño y dos entradas al balcón. La habitación más pequeña de 14 metros cuadrados con la cama maquillada de 1,40 m de ancho está separada de la habitación más grande por una puerta de conexión con cerradura. Aquí también hay una pequeña nevera. En la más grande de las dos habitaciones (anchura de la cama: 1,80 m; camas hechas) hay una cocina pequeña con dos placas calefactoras, nevera con compartimento congelador, cafetera, hervidor de agua, tostadora, vajilla, utensilios de cocina y cubiertos. Hay una mesa de comedor extensible con dos sillas y un banco. Ambas habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana, una mesa pequeña y dos sillones. Los baños tienen ducha/inodoro, toallas, secador de pelo, pañuelos faciales, espejo de maquillaje y jabón de manos líquido. En el baño de la habitación más grande también hay un radiador de toallas.

Habitación doble con cama supletoria (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The double rooms (20 sqm; first floor; street side, with balcony and view of the train) are, like all our rooms, named after writers who wrote poems and stories about the train. The texts are available for reading in the rooms along with a biography of the author. The room has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m), a small refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, a small table and two armchairs, a pull-out sofa bed (1.25 mx 2.00 m), a small fridge and a small bottle of water (0 , 5 l). In the bathroom there are towels, a make-up mirror, facial tissues, a hair dryer and liquid hand soap.

Departamento grande (Erzgebirgsbahn)

The large holiday apartment (41 sqm; ground floor, street side with a view of the railway) has a kitchen-cum-living room with kitchenette (oven, four hobs, fridge - without freezer, sink) with toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, cookware and cutlery. Two consecutive bedrooms (bed width room 1: 1.60 m; bed width room 2: 1.40 m) lead off from this, both of which have access to the shared bathroom (with shower/toilet, towels, hair dryer, facial tissues, hand soap and make-up mirror). All three rooms have a flat screen TV.

Apartamento (Erzgebirgsbahn)

This room unit on the first floor (heading to the yard - with a balcony, but without a view to the railwaytrack) consists of two rooms: a living room and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet. In the living room a sofa bed can be used as a berth for one adult or two children. There are two armchairs, a small refrigerator and a small bottle of water (0,5 l). The double bed is 180 cm x 200 cm, the sofa bed 125 cm x 200 cm and the total size of the apartment is 24 square meters.

Habitación doble (Pension An der Erzgebirgsbahn)

Como todas nuestras habitaciones, la habitación doble (20 metros cuadrados; segundo piso) lleva el nombre de escritores. Los textos y una biografía del autor están disponibles para leer en las habitaciones. La habitación tiene una cama doble (1,80 m x 2,00 m), TV de pantalla plana, una pequeña mesa y dos sillones, una pequeña nevera y una pequeña botella de agua (0,5 l). En el baño hay toallas, un espejo de maquillaje, pañuelos cosméticos, un secador de pelo y jabón de manos líquido.

Habitación individual más pequeña (Erzgebirgsbahn)

La habitación individual más pequeña (10 metros cuadrados; planta baja, lado del patio, ¡sin vistas al ferrocarril!) tiene una cama individual (90 x 200 cm), un sillón, una mesa pequeña con una botella pequeña de agua, una nevera pequeña, un televisor de pantalla plana y una zona de lavado con secador de pelo, espejo de maquillaje, jabón líquido para manos y pañuelos faciales. La ducha y el inodoro están separados del resto de la habitación por una puerta plegable.

Vacaciones prémium (PensionErzgebirgsbahn)

Nuestro apartamento prémium cuenta con una cocina-comedor totalmente equipada y una mesa de comedor. Desde la cocina-comedor se accede al dormitorio (cama de 1,80 m de ancho y sofá cama) y al salón con zona de estar (también se puede utilizar como sofá cama). Desde allí también se puede acceder al baño con ducha y bañera separada. Jabón de manos y espejo de maquillaje. Encontrarás un televisor de pantalla plana en la cocina-comedor con zona de estar y en el salón.

This room unit on the second floor consists of 2 rooms: a living room and a bedroom with adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC. The sofa bed in the living room can be used as an extra bed for one adult or two children. There are two armchairs, a small fridge and a small bottle of water (0.5 l). The double bed is 180 cm x 200 cm, the sofa bed is approx. 125 cm x 200 cm and the total size of the accommodation unit is 23 square meters.

Im Wellnesshaus wohnst Du in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem zentral. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Stadtmitte oder Heiligenfeld-Klinik. Der Perlsee, die Berge Gibacht und Cerchov und das Freizeitbad AquaFit sind gleich in unserer Nähe. Großzügige, moderne Zimmer, in warmen Farben, laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Apartamento pequeño (Erzgebirgsbahn)

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist 35 qm groß und verfügt über einen Schlafraum, ein Bad, eine Diele mit Kochzeile und einen Wohnraum mit Essecke und ausklappbarem Schlafsofa. Vom Wohnzimmer aus betritt man den windgeschützten Balkon. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. In der Essecke gibt es zudem noch einen kleinen Backofen. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche/ WC.
