Imanje se prostire na velikom terenu s višedecenijskim stablima zimzelenog i listopadnog drveća kao i velikom kolekcijom cveća i ukrasnog bilja. Objekat ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak (garža, veliki prostor za parkiranje više auta, oprema za roštiljanje i pripremu hrane u prirodi, letnjikovac, sportske rekvizite). U neposrednoj blizini objekta nalazi se trim staza Karaula i sportski tereni.

Willa Wass house nalazi se u prirodi, na obroncima planine Maljen ispod borove šume, u selu Mionica. Vila ima 200m2 i poseduje sve sto vam je potrebno za opustanje i uzivanje – luksuzno opremljenu unutrašnjost sa velikim staklenim površinama i pogledom iz svake sobe na planinske predele koje mozete posmatrati iz kreveta, ili dok se opuštate u kadi, ili dok sedite pored kamina u prostranoj dnevnoj sobi. Ispred kuće je velika terasa sa baštenskom garniturom, natkrivena pergolom.

Vila Marta je luksuzna planinska kuća smeštajnog kapaciteta 6 osoba. Poseduje podno grejanje i kamin peć kao alternativu ili za posebnu atmosferu. U glavnoj spavaćoj sobi iz koje se pruža fantastican pogled ka planini Javor, se nalazi veliki bračni ležaj.
