Unser modernes Bauernhaus mit der Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage inmitten von Apfelwiesen, mit herrlichem Blick aufs Unterland; südlich der Landeshauptstadt Bozen. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die nahe Umgebung, Ausflüge sowie sportliche Aktivitäten. An unserem mediterran gestalteten Hof können Sie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub genießen und in der idyllischen Ruhe neue Energie und Kraft tanken. Wir bieten auch einen Frühstückskorb an.

Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung wurde 2022 neu erbaut und befindet sich im schönen Weindorf Girlan (Cornaiano). Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

Wir vermieten unsere moderne, gemütliche 100m² -Wohnung am Obstmarkt, dem historischen Stadtzentrum Bozens. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohnbereich mit offener Küche. Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern, dicke Holzbalken an der Decke und der edle Holzboden bringen Gemütlichkeit. Die Terrasse mit dem begrünten Flachdach ist ideal für ein Glas Wein in lauen warmen Sommernächten oder einen Glühwein im Winter. Ein privater Parkplatz gehört ebenfalls zum Apartment.
