My cozy apartment is located between both Universities of Zurich, restaurants, supermarkets & only a few minutes walking distance away from downtown. One bedroom, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and a lovely balcony. My place is suitable for couples, solo and business travelers. Pets allowed. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.
