We stayed for one night, and Morris had anticipated every need a guest might have while away from home. Everything was clearly labeled, including the lights and cabinets. Morris also left helpful notes, such as “Remove stove top cover before turning on burners.” this made us laugh because someone must have forgotten to do this. He even provided a sound machine in the upstairs bedroom, which was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets available if needed. The back porch, which overlooked the bayou, was peaceful, and the house is situated in a nice neighborhood. A book was provided that contained more information about the home and recommended places to eat while visiting. We will definitely be back!

Beautifully decorated large old home with lots of room close to a lot of things to do like restaurants and shops. Would stay there again loved it.

Hope's place was in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and things to do. It worked really well for my business trip. The place was clean and cozy. The complex is gated and secured. Parking was easy in the parking garage. I would recommend Hope's place for a solo business traveler or a couple traveling through Baton Rouge.

Place was very clean and great location. The correct building an apartment is a little tricky to find at first but make sure your following instructions. The only instruction that wasn’t accurate was there wasn’t an additional stairwell code as mentioned during our stay but we figured it out. The stay was comfortable and I would definitely try and stay here again due to the proximity to LSU. We were there to visit our son who is a student there and it was absolutely perfect.

Great stay! Perfect location to enjoy sporting events at LSU - walkable if needed and easy to get to baseball and softball games. Clean and well appointed and beds very comfortable.

We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Eric and their property highly enough. We call with a last min booking and he got us in late that night! Excellent host, private area and quiet! Anything we needed he was there! Very responsive host! Also amazed us on his love and care for our animal we had with us! The host was always making sure he had fresh air and running time outside! Will definitely be coming back here for future stays.
