Dotata di tutti i confort, aria condizionata e wifi la casa è composta da: - un grazioso salone creato con stile, divano, tv di 42 pollici, netflix incluso. - salone/soggiorno,con un angolo breakfast, sgabelli e tavolo apribile; - cucina attrezzata con ,forno,piano cottura ad induzione, completa di utensili e accessori; - 1 camere da letto con letto matrimoniale ed ampio armadio; - 1 divano letto; - raffinato bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli, lavasciuga ed accessori bagno e per la pulizia.

Small cottage with large private pool

The small cottage in the hill is a pleasant place and in perfect, harmonic tuning with the nature. The house features the great advantage to be warm in winter and cool in summer. It is a walk away from the town cente, the old town and shops; just 5 minutes away. The SITA bus stop for Bari is 150 ms away from the cottage. The pool is for the exclusive USE of guests. However, due to its size it is not possible to heat it. Therefore, it can be used from June 1st to September 30th.
