This tiny framed bird house is only 10 x 12 with 6 ft walls if you are over 5 foot 9 you may not be comfortable , there is a second-story ladder to Loft with a twin bed. there is a twin bed on the first floor along with a microwave a student refrigerator and a coffee maker this is a dry cabin there is an Outhouse to use . It is heated with an electric heater. Small fenced-in yard area small pets okay. Within walking distance to most of the town's amenities. Showers and laundry available in town

The Water Gypsea

Welcome, We have created a Magical place for Adventure/ Rest Relax, Fishing, Romantic Get Away, or Weary Travelers , (NO PARTYS )Two single beds . Wash room has a sink, portapotty and coleman stove to heat up water. No Shower. There are showers in town There are two paddle boards. Be aware some neighbors are allowed jet skis sun, mon, tues. Some road noise durning the day but peaceful at night. Quiet hrs are from 11-6 you can still enjoy the lake just be mindful of the neighbor’s. Thankyou 🌸

Great Apartment (late check-in late check-out!)

Please note before booking that check in is after 6:30 pm and check out is before 4 pm! I named this unit Geode-it is nice and homey on inside and not renovated on the outside, yet. Built in 1949, a decade before Alaska was a state and stayed in the same family for many generations. Our family purchased it in May 2023. We are having fun up-cycling this special place. The funds go right back into renovating our property for future guests. Lovely quiet neighborhood and large shared yard.

Golddust Acres 2

This is a quiet, comfortable home with everything you need to relax and unwind. The driveway is gated and the area is fenced. There is a yard with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. There are many flowers and shade trees. The home is five minutes from town and between two rivers. We live next door and are available as needed. Please note the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are quite steep. There’s a picture of the stairs in the photo section. We look forward to your visit soon!

The Magic Bus is inspired by the bus from the "Into The Wild" movie. Located in the woods with comfortable beds, linen and electricity, but only 200 feet from a full bathroom and other facilities. You can watch wildlife straight from the windows! Come stay in our multicultural and multi-language glamping site by the beautiful Knik river, close to all the great attractions of the area. The Daybreak is a bottom floor suite--all very private and very quiet-- with queen size wall bed that allows extra space during the day, a kitchenette, tub w/ shower, gas fireplace, private deck with gas BBQ, and an enclosed, heated gazebo to enjoy the northern lights. Stunning mountain views at no extra charge. Ample parking and private entrance. Centrally located for points east, west, north or south. This unit is 280 sq. ft. Take that into consideration before booking.

Lupine Cabin

12' x 12' One room cozy cabin with a queen bed, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Included is free WiFi, access to gas BBQ and laundry facilities. It gives you an Alaskan "trapper" cabin feel that even includes a slightly slanted floor after weathering its share of earthquakes over the years. The toilet and shower are behind a curtain, so we recommend this cabin for 1 person or a couple who like each other very well. It works best for 1 to 2 night stays for a couple.
