Loved staying here! Gorgeous views, easily accessible, quiet, and peaceful.

Thank you for the comfortable stay. I do apologize if my guest left the rooms a bit dirty we had last minute changes to 4am flight. I didn’t have a chance to do my thorough cleaning before we checked out.

Great accommodations. Warm room with heater. Hot shower, also loved being able to use the washer/dryer and WiFi. Was offered refrigerator space as well. Thank you!

Jason and Jessie were lovely hosts for our long-term stay! The place was spacious and comfortable - perfect for us two and our cat. All summer long we had a little moose visit every week or so. She was so cute! Great location for easy access to a lot fun adventures in the Mat-Su Valley.

Matthew's place was cozy and clean. He thoughtfully put out a welcome basket that included doggy treats and restroom bags for our dog. The enclosed yard was wonderful and our dog enjoyed being able to explore off leash. The location was great and we were able to easily access the places we wanted to visit.

We had a great time at the farm(ish)house. Charming and cozy it was perfect for our family. We were greeted with fresh muffins which was a nice touch. Large backyard and amazing views. We got to see the northern lights all over the sky twice during our stay. It was a last minute booking but glad we chose it.

Cara’s place is on the moose migration. It’s not far from the charter businesses operating out of Ninilchik. Cara was flexible and allowed a late check out after my charter finished. I am visiting Alaskan local and I recommend this rental.

Extremely accommodating and responsive host! Went out of her way to resolve the few hiccups we had with the place and made our stay very easeful.

Great accommodations. Our party of four fisherman had lots of room for our clothes and gear. Beds were very comfortable. The layout was perfect for all of us to set and discus the days events.

The house was large and had so many bedrooms with nice beds. It was very clean. A large yard with a large deck made it great for viewing the northern lights. The snack trays were awesome and very appreciated after a long day of flying in. chk in was by far the easiest one we've ever had. we would definitely stay here again .

this was a fantastic place to stay. very private. you have your own entrance. lovely neighborhood. perfect moss covered roof. had a cat visit me every morning, pearched on the wood shed. wish I had used the fire stove but it was something lovely just to even look at.

Heather communicated well from beginning. She sent guide book about place well in advance. Her place was well maintained and very warm and inviting. Our family had a great time at Heather’s place! Would go back definitely
