Felicia’s place was extremely beautiful and lovely to stay at! It had a super convenient location that allows you to get to UTK’s campus and several nice restaurants and stores within minutes. I had a couple hiccups during my stay but Felicia was always very responsive and did everything in her power to make sure the issues were fixed appropriately and timely which was extremely appreciated. She is a fantastic host and I would highly recommend her home to anyone that is planning on a trip to Knoxville!

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

Overall our stay was great! the house is definitely accommodating for larger groups at that price point. Wesley was very respectful and responsive and made you aware if he wasn't available to speak at the moment. He reached out as soon as he was able. The house is nice and within a few minutes of about anything you would need.

This location served our needs very well, we were not in the unit for much time. The location is very convenient to the interstate and restaurants in the area. You have 2 parking spaces off the street, however, some of the neighbors speed making it difficult to back out.

Anna's condo was exactly as advertised! Comfortable, squeaky clean, and close to UT and The Strip, as well as anywhere else in Knoxville you might want to go. But what stood out to me was how helpful and responsive Anna was when I had a few questions. A fantastic host makes the experience even better, and my family was grateful that we could spend time with them for the holidays. When we come back to visit, we hope to be able to stay here again!

Juan was very friendly, aswell as very responsive we even made the mistake of not putting we had a service animal and he had a pet fee but he accommodated that for us overall super nice place with a great host.

This place is a jewel! Very homey, nice layout, full amenities; quiet, nice natural lighting in daytime. Super clean. Exceeded expectations in all areas. John was very helpful answering my questions.

Very inviting and spacious apartment. Decor around the apartment gave a feeling of being home. Apartment is close to several restaurants and stores. William met us at the apartment and showed us around and answered our questions.

Everything was perfect for the week that we stayed.

Ryan was a very helpful host that made our stay go smooth! The house was everything we were looking for. Ryan was great at checking in with us periodically and responds quickly whenever we had a question which was great.

We enjoyed staying here so much. This was one of my favorite airbnbs. It was a fun layout, cozy, it had everything we needed for a couple days! The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. It has several options for sleeping arrangements. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe. We were able to take walks around the neighborhood with no problem! We did not know the Airbnb was attached to the host’s home, which we typically stay away from (it’s just personal preference). But overall, this was fine because the Airbnb is pretty private.

So serene and peaceful. Inside was decorated very cute! Several thoughtful amenities! All instructions were clear and either posted on the listing or on the whiteboard in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in town to rock crawl at Windrock so location was great! We were hauling our Jeep so due to the incline of the driveway we were not able to park at the house. However, there was plenty of parking available on the road for our rig. The house was clean and felt like being at a family members home. The yard was well kept and our pup really enjoyed the fenced space. They provided plenty of amenities and everything you would need to have a great stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend.

Awesome stay! Perfect location if your a student from south! Everything was so accessible. 12-15 minutes away from school. 5-8 minutes from various stores & hot spots!

We loved our stay at Jonathan's home. We felt right at home and were blown away by how thoughtful he was with all the details. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The home was impeccably clean and neat. Plenty of parking. He left treats for us in the kitchen. Coffee and supplies were ready, which we appreciated so much! He thought of everything and we said more than once during the stay that we would love to stay there again. Hands down, the best place we've stayed in Oak Ridge, TN. And we go twice a year for rowing regattas, so we're very familiar with the area and rentals.

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

This condo is beautiful. Great location if you want to be on the lake. The owners were very quick and polite in their responses to all of the questions we had.

Chris’ place was very cozy and homelike. Wish we could’ve have stayed longer but it was already booked. Everything was clean and my kids were happy. The work space was a plus and also the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary essentials. I would highly recommend staying here. I’d definitely come back as well!

Summers apartment was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and not far at all from downtown Knoxville and the zoo. The downstairs neighbors were occasionally loud but not through the night. The area was overall pretty quiet. It was a little hard to find the actual building at first but once we found it, it was simple to find the apartment and parking spot. Would 100% stay again.

This was my first time renting "a room" and it went very well. Shauntae is easy to get along with and does well at just giving you your own space. Her dogs are well behaved and never really had an issue. They got along great with my pup. It's very easy to get in and out and the neighborhood it is very quiet. There is a wonderful park within minutes from her house that is great for walks. Things I would recommend if staying a little longer. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring a larger pan and pot or small appliances. There is nothing wrong with what she has but they are on the smaller size for cooking. The bed is very soft, so if you like that you will love the bed. I am firm bed guy, so it did make my back sore. Again, this is a preference thing and has no relevance to the rating. Altogether a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!!!

Kathy is a great host, The place is clean and spotless. Perfect for a short or long trip. Had no problems and if an issue did arise Kathy was on it and ready to help with a solution. As long as you respect her and the place, your trip will be amazing.

Can't say enough about how great a host Cat is. She responded incredibly quickly to questions and provided answers that were thoughtful, warm and addressed the information completely. The place was perfect for our purposes, four people in town for a music festival. Everything was clean and welcoming, with great touches. One of us stayed on the foldout in the living room, which worked very well. We loved the check-out instructions, which essentially told us to not do a thing because we were on vacation. I would stay there again without question.

Very pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. Very good functionality/use of space. Amenities all worked great, easy parking, comfy beds, pillows, etc. Would definitely considered returning here for next Knoxville trip.
