Visit a fun(ky) stay in my uniquely decorated two-bedroom townhouse nestled in a cul-de-sac near Berwood Park. Enjoy the tranquility of nature with easily accessible hiking trails just steps from your door. Bikes are available free of charge. My townhouse is ideally located for exploring the Twin Cities and beyond, with St. Paul just 15 minutes away, Minneapolis and the MSP airport 20 minutes away, White Bear Lake is only 7 minutes away, and Stillwater + Hudson are just a short 25-minute drive.

Enjoy all four seasons of Minnesota. Whether it's spending the day on the lake boating, swimming, or fishing in the Summer, enjoying the beautiful colors of Fall, exploring on the many miles of snowmobile trails or ice fishing in the Winter, or simply watching the migration of a variety of birds in the Spring, the Laid-back Loon is your go-to destination for family fun. The Twin Cities is only 30 minutes away - where you can include world class dining, sports, and entertainment during your stay.

You'll enjoy our 1.75 acres of wooded back lot as it backs up to another 30 acres of nature preserve, making you feel like you have your private wooded paradise to walk through. The master balcony and Jacuzzi tub will make you feel like royalty. The fireplaces, infrared sauna, patio, deck, grill and fire pits are wonderful bonuses to the spacious kitchen and sharp modern living rooms.

The intimate Royal Oaks Retreat is 1Bd 1Ba with a private entrance conveniently located off 35W, 20 minutes drive from both St Paul and Minneapolis. This cozy apartment comes with a coffeemaker, microwave, mini fridge, TV, WiFi and even a desk if work needs to get done! If you have time, spend some moments enjoying the quiet gardens and walk the tree lined neighborhood. (Note: We provide sound machines just in case you hear noise from us - especially during quiet hours of 8am - 8pm.)

Come stay at Sunset Bay, where the sky comes alive as the sun slips below the secluded tree line right out your back door. Here, your family can enjoy that much needed getaway on the near half acre lot, situated on a quite lakeside cul-de-sac. Crisps fall nights beckon for the warmth of the lakeside bonfire pit or living room fireplace. Bring your cross country skis or snowmobile once the snow arrives, your back door will connect you to hundred's of miles of trails and boundless fun.

Welcome to our spacious four-bedroom home, perfect for large groups and families! With cozy sleeping arrangements, everyone will feel comfortable. Just across the street, enjoy access to a wonderful park featuring a large playground, picnic areas, tennis and basketball courts, and a walking paths—ideal for everyone. Relax on our two decks and soak in the beautiful MN outdoors. Our home offers quick and easy access to downtown Minneapolis, making your stay both relaxing and convenient.

This unique place has a style of its own. Located just off Hwy 169 along the Mississippi River front, The Bowline gives you an opportunity to join us for fun on the river, and enjoy close by eateries, breweries and so much more! The Mississippi river offers pontoon boat rentals ($) to use at your leisure thru "your boat club" The Bowline Apartments also offers use of community amenities such as bicycles and paddleboards to give you a fun and memorable experience during your stay!

Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or simply a rejuvenating getaway. Find out why Minnesotans enjoy the winter as you relax in the 104* hot tub or 190* sauna while gazing into the trees. Included is a king bed, sofa bed, lush robes, slippers and numerous amenities for you to enjoy! This unit is attached to a larger home (that is available for rent). However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Super comfortable, peaceful, and clean! 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. You can also take the train - which is only two blocks away. This is a split-level home and this listing is for the lower floor with a private entrance. Only a 7 minute walk to the nearest park with tennis court. The neighborhood is full of families and very quiet and safe. If you are looking to throw a party, please don't book my home.
